§ 50.25 PROHIBITED CONNECTION.

No person may connect any premises for service, or cause the same to be connected, to any sanitary sewer (wastewater) system, water system, or storm water system of the city unless the appropriate systems development charge has been paid or payment has been secured as provided in the ordinance.
