§ 36.13 EXCESSIVE FORCE AGAINST NON-VIOLENT CITY RIGHT DEMONSTRATORS POLICY.
   (A)   The law enforcement personnel shall not use excessive force against any individuals engaged in non-violent civil rights demonstration.
   (B)   Applicable state and local laws that prohibit physically barring entrance to or exist from a facility or location which is the subject of such non-violent civil rights demonstrations within its jurisdiction shall be enforced.
