(A) There shall be a fee for purchase of a memorial bench, which shall be set by the City Council from time to time.
(B) The rental fee for the city park gazebo shall be $75 per day.
(C) (1) There shall be a rental fee schedule for the community hall, which shall be set by the City Council from time to time.
(2) This schedule shall include fees for city residents, nonprofit organizations, government organizations, and all other individuals and groups.
(D) There shall be a rental fee schedule for equipment used off-site, which shall be set by the City Council from time to time. This schedule shall include fees for barbeques, tables, chairs, and the like.
(E) A deposit is required for all city facility rentals. A deposit is required for equipment rentals. Deposits may be refunded upon post-rental inspection and approval by the city.
(F) (1) Fees. There shall be no fee required for use of city-owned facilities or equipment by the following entities: Depoe Bay Fleet of Flowers, Depoe Bay Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Coast Guard, Depoe Bay Rural Fire Protection District, American Red Cross, Neighbors For Kids, Depoe Bay Neighborhood Watch Groups, Lincoln County Health Department, Treasure Depoe Bay, and Operation Care Package. Deposits shall be required.
(2) Deposit. There shall be no deposit required for use of city-owned facilities or equipment by the following entities: any unit of government of the United States, any unit of government of the state, and any unit of government of any other state of the United States of America.
