§ 34.03 UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.
   (A)   The City Council shall establish uniform administrative fees for the following services provided or costs incurred.
      (1)   Processing fee to handle check (negotiable instrument) returned from financial institution due to “insufficient funds,” “account closed,” or any other reason causing the check maker’s check to be dishonored shall be an amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time.
      (2)   Examination and copies of any public record at the request of the public (this excludes copies provided to Councilors, commission and committee members, and staff within the scope of their respective duties):
         (a)   File inspection fee;
         (b)   Photocopies; and
         (c)   Tape recordings.
   (B)   The City Council shall establish the administrative fees by resolution from time to time.
