§ 33.02 ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

The following persons, and persons holding positions, are hereby appointed as enforcement officers of the city for the purpose of implementing and enforcing the citation and complaint method of enforcement of city ordinances:

(A) County Sheriff and Sheriff’s deputies;

(B) City field superintendent; and

(Res. 226, passed 7-1-1996)
