(A) In accordance with O.R.S. 819.140(1)(c), the city hereby appoints and designates the County Sheriff’s office as the city agency with authority to enforce the abandoned and disabled vehicle laws within the city.
(B) The City Recorder or designate shall conduct the process to coordinate with the Sheriff’s office.
(C) Carrying out the stated responsibilities in divisions (A) and (B) above does not preclude enforcement under any other legal remedy available to the city.
