The use of motorized vehicles shall be prohibited from all parks, playgrounds and recreational areas within the village excepting those areas which are clearly identified or intended as parking areas for such motorized vehicles or where the village has otherwise caused to be posted signs prohibiting the use of motorized vehicles from the designated areas.
