§ 93.077 RESTRICTIONS ON TIME.
   In accordance with regulations promulgated by the state’s Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, open burning is strictly prohibited from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the months of March, April, May, October and November.
