§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 91.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. The punishment for such minor misdemeanor shall be a fine of not more than $100 for the first offense. A second offense within one year shall have a punishment of a fine of not more than $250. On each subsequent offense within one year after the second offense, such person shall be fined not more than $500.
   (C)   Violation of § 91.02 shall be a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. A second violation of § 91.02 shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A third or more violation of § 91.02 shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 91.03 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (E)   In case such owner or owners, or other person shall neglect to remove the snow, ice or nuisance, for the space of two hours during the daytime, such owner or owners, or other person shall be fined not more than $100 and costs.
