The Commission shall not have the power to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of any interest in any real property owned by the City other than to lease the facility for a period not to exceed two weeks. The power to sell, lease for a longer period than two weeks, or otherwise dispose of real property under the control of the Commission shall be exercised solely by the Council.
