26.03 APPOINTMENT AND TERM OF OFFICE.

The Mayor shall appoint two members with the approval of the Council. The Denison Community School District Board shall appoint two members. The four members thus appointed shall select the fifth member of the Board. All appointments are for staggered three-year terms.
