25.17 SALE OR LEASE OF REAL ESTATE.
   The Commission shall not have the power to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any interest in any real property owned by the City. The power to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of real property under the control of the Commission shall be exercised solely by the Council.
