25.11 MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL OF FACILITIES.
   The Commission shall maintain, control, and supervise the use of the Aquatic Recreation Center located on North 16th Street in the City of Denison, Iowa and the use of all parks, athletic fields, tennis courts and other recreational facilities owned or controlled by the City of Denison, Iowa.
