96.20 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.

No fee will be charged for an annual inspection. However, if the Food Service Establishment's grease removal device is not in compliance with this Ordinance, a $50.00 re-inspection fee may be charged for each inspection thereafter until compliance is achieved.
