96.16 REPORTING.

When the pretreatment coordinator has determined that an FSE must provide written reports, these reports shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the pretreatment coordinator. Written reports required by this title will be deemed submitted upon actual receipt by the pretreatment coordinator.
