75.11 VIOLATION OF UTV REGULATIONS.

Any person who willfully fails to abide by the applicable provisions concerning the operation of Off-Road Utility Vehicles in the City is in violation of this chapter. The fines for violation of Section 75.06(1) through 75.06(8) shall be set by resolution of the City Council and are listed in the Schedule of Civil Penalties and Fees contained in the Appendix to this Code of Ordinances."
