Any person who willfully fails to abide by the applicable provisions of the Iowa statutory laws listed in the following Section 76.09(1) through 76.09(16) relating to the operation of all-terrain vehicles is in violation of this chapter. Said Code of Iowa sections listed herein are adopted by reference.

3. SECTION 321I.10 Improper Operation on highways/snowmobile trails
4. SECTION 321I.12 Mufflers
5. SECTION 321I.13 Headlight/Taillight lamp/brakes required
6. SECTION 321I.14(1a) Operate at a speed greater than reasonable/proper
7. SECTION 321I.14(1d) Lights required
8. SECTION 321I.14(1e) Operate in a tree nursery or planting damaging growing stock
9. SECTION 321I.14(1f) Operate on public land/ice/snow in violation of officials signs
10. SECTION 321I.14(1g) Operate in prohibited park/wildlife areas/preserves/streambeds
11. SECTION 321I.14(1h) Operate upon an operating railroad right-of-way
12. SECTION 321I.14(2) Operate or ride with a loaded or uncased firearm
13. SECTION 321I.14(3) Operate with more persons than vehicle was designed to carry
14. SECTION 321I.14(4) Operate an off-road utility vehicle on a riding area/trail
