Any person who willfully fails to abide by the applicable provisions of the Iowa statutory laws listed in the following Section 75.09 (1) through 75.09 (17) relating to the operation of snowmobiles is in violation of this chapter. Said Code of Iowa sections listed herein are adopted by reference.

7. SECTION 321G.13(1b) Operate in a careless/reckless manner
8. SECTION 321G.13(1d) Lights
9. SECTION 321G.13(1e) Operate in a tree nursery or planting damaging growing stock
10. SECTION 321G.13(1f) Operate on public land/ice/snow in violation of official signs
11. SECTION 321G.13(1g) Operate in prohibited park/wildlife areas/preserves/streambeds
12. SECTION 321G.13(1h) Operate upon an operating railroad right-of-way
13. SECTION 321G.13(1i) Water skipping
14. SECTION 321G.13(2) Operate or ride with a loaded or uncased firearm
15. SECTION 321G.13(3) Operate on public land without measurable snow cover
