Without limitation, the Mayor specifically retains the powers and duties as listed in Chapter 15, subsections 15.02 and 15.03 of this Code of Ordinances; provided, however, that the Mayor shall have no retained power with respect to the employees or officers identified in City Code section 21.06(9) as all supervisory authority has been delegated to the City Manager pursuant to this Chapter. In addition the Mayor:
1. Works with the City Manager in the furtherance of the policies of the Council;
2. Fulfills all legal obligations and responsibilities provided by ordinance or State law.
