SCHEDULE OF CIVIL PENALTIES AND FEES

Unlisted Equipment Disclosure Statement: Any equipment not mentioned within this Fee Schedule shall use the most current and most recent available “FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates” to the listed equipment or more closely related below listed item. Then added to that rate a 3% annual increase for each year after the FEMA publication date. Items listed below or in the FEMA list, will only be rented if it is in the best interest of the City and/or emergency situations.
