The enforcement officer may, from time to time and without warning, conduct inspections without notice or in conjunction with other unrelated inspections procedures to confirm the permittee is in compliance with the rules and regulations contained within this chapter and consistent with the NPDES General Permit #2, concerning the use of construction site Best Management Practices (BMP’s).
