163.15 REQUIREMENTS OF CITY.

Upon receipt of an application for an LDP Permit, the City shall either find that the application complies with this chapter and issue an LDP Permit in accordance with this chapter, or that the application fails to comply with this chapter, in which case the City shall provide a report identifying non-compliant elements of the application.
