An applicant who has applied for coverage under IDNR’s NPDES General Permit #2 shall submit with their application full copies of the materials described below as a basis for the City to issue an LDP Permit.
1. Notice of intent and supporting materials submitted to the IDNR in support of applicant’s application for coverage under the NPDES General Permit #2.
2. Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan or Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
3. Evidence of IDNR authorization for coverage received after application for an LDP permit shall be submitted when it is received by the applicant.
