163.03 RESTRICTIONS IF NO PERMIT REQUIRED.

Persons applying for a building permit, but not required to obtain coverage under General Permit #2 or an LDP permit, will be required to provide information regarding how they will comply with this chapter. Forms to provide this information will be available with the City building permit applications.
