163.02 MINIMUM PARCEL SIZE REQUIRING PERMIT.
   DNR authorization for coverage under General Permit No. 2 and a LDP permit are required prior to construction activity that disturbs one or more acres or which is part of a larger project that disturbs one acre or more in total.
