Before issuing a plumbing permit, the Building Inspector shall receive from the applicant a fee for issuing the permit and inspecting the work. The fee shall be set by resolution of the Council and is listed in the Schedule of Civil Penalties and Fees in the Appendix of this Code of Ordinances.
