Application for permit shall be made to the Building Inspector pursuant to rules provided therefor and on forms provided by the Inspection Department. The application shall be accompanied by fees set by resolution of the Council. Said fees are listed in the Schedule of Civil Penalties and Fees in the Appendix to this Code of Ordinances.
