1. Project No. NRM-412. On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Project No. NRM-412, Primary Roads No. U.S. 59 and Iowa 4 and 141. Points of access, as now designated by the Iowa Department of Transportation Highway Commission and communicated to the City, in segments of highway herein established as controlled access facilities are as follows:

Part of the area from Station 21+71, west side, serving as a farm drive.
2. Projects No. FN-232, F-1053 and F-232(5). On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Projects No. FN-232, F-1053 and F-232(5), comprising portions of U.S. Highway 30, within the City.
3. Project No. F-232. On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Project No. FN-232, comprising portions of U.S. Highway 30 and U.S. Highway No. 59, from Station 557+96.0 to Station 567.00.0, inclusive, and from Station 876+97.7 to Station 887+40.0, and from Station 1881+67.0 to Station 1884+00.0.
4. Project No. F-232 (8). On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Project No. FN-232(8), U.S. Highway No. 30 from Station 834+61.8 to Station 1615+00.00.
5. Project No. F-412(6). On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Project No. F-412(6), Iowa State Highway No. 4 from Station 1594+74.0 to Station 1615+00.0, inclusive.
6. Project No. F-FG-1059(1). On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Project No. F-FG-1059(1), U.S. Highway No. 59 from Station 552+74.0 to Station 557+96.0, inclusive.
7. Project No. F-FG-1059(2). On the Primary Road System extension improvement, Project No. F-FG-1059(2), U.S. Highway No. 59 from Station 567+00 to Station 605+05, inclusive.
