123.10 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED.

Compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall not relieve or excuse the applicant from complying with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the City, Chapters 165 through 171 of this Code of Ordinances, including (but not limited to) the requirement of obtaining a building permit.
