No permit to move a structure to a site within the corporate limits of the City shall be issued until it has been approved by the Building Inspector. In acting upon such a request for moving permit, the Building Inspector shall consider the following:
1. Conformance of the proposed structure with the applicable regulations and standards established under this Code of Ordinances.
2. Compatibility of the structure with existing or permitted uses within 300 feet of the proposed site, in terms of building height, bulk and scale, setbacks and open spaces, landscaping and site development and access and circulation features.
3. Potentially unfavorable effects or impacts on other existing or permitted uses within 300 feet of the proposed site.
4. Modifications or improvements to the structure which would result in increased compatibility, or would mitigate potentially unfavorable impact or which are necessary to conform to applicable regulations and standards to protect the public health, safety, and welfare.
5. Potential danger to citizens of the community, particularly owners and users of abutting property.
