1. Peddlers and Solicitors. All peddler's and solicitor's licenses shall provide that said licenses are in force and effect only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
2. Mobile Food Unit Vendors and Transient Merchants. All mobile food unit and transient merchant licenses shall provide that said licenses are in force and effect only between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and between the hours of 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
