110.06 EXTENSION OF GRANTEE'S FACILITIES .
   The Grantee shall maintain the availability of service throughout the entire City (including newly annexed areas) by extending lines or facilities in a manner consistent with the regulations of the Iowa Utilities Board or its successors.
