Uncontested violations of parking restrictions imposed by this Code of Ordinances shall be charged upon a simple notice of a fine payable at the office of the City Clerk within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the violation. Failure to pay the fine may result in the violation being charged and the case proceeding in the same manner as other traffic offenses. The fine imposed by this section shall be set by resolution of the City Council and is listed in the Schedule of Civil Penalties and Fees contained in the Appendix to this Code of Ordinances.
