64.02 THROUGH STREETS – STOP.

   Every driver of a vehicle shall stop, unless otherwise directed by this chapter, before entering an intersection with the following designated through streets.

      1.   All primary highways located within the City;

      2.   Main Street from the south line of Oakwood Drive, south to the City limits;

      3.   Broadway from the east line of 7th Street, east to the west line of 26th Street;

      4.   7th Street from the south line of Avenue C, south to the north line of 4th Avenue South;

      5.   16th Street from the south line of Northwood Drive, south to the north line of 4th Avenue South;

      6.   20th Street from the north line of 9th Avenue North, south to the north line of 4th Avenue South;

      7.   24th Street from the north line of 10th Avenue North, south to the north line of 4th Avenue South;

      8.   Avenue C from the west line of Arrowhead Road, southeast to the north line of Broadway.
