60.07 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS OR DEVICES.

No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any official traffic control device, a person authorized pursuant to Code of Ordinance 60.04 or anyone otherwise invested by law with authority to direct, control, or regulate traffic.
