The Commission may recruit, select, and appoint such employees as it determines to be necessary to perform its duties subject to the budget limitations established by the City Council. The Commission also has the power to enter into a contract for the Management/FBO of the facility. The Commission shall determine the duties and compensation of such employees. Any employee appointed by the Commission may be removed by it.
