135.03 SEPARATE POSITIONS OF WATER SUPERINTENDENT AND SEWER SUPERINTENDENT.
   (a)   The separate positions of Water Superintendent and Sewer Superintendent are hereby established.
   (b)   The Village Administrator shall determine the job responsibilities and functions of each job and exercise all responsibilities under Charter Section 5.05.
