Council hereby approves the resolutions of the Policy Committee to adopt a fee of fifty cents ($.50) per ton to be levied and assessed on each ton of solid waste originating from within the District, and a fee of one dollar ($1.00) per ton to be levied and assessed on each ton of solid waste disposed of within the District originating from outside the District, and a fee of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per ton to be levied and assessed on each ton of solid waste disposed of within the District and originating from outside the state.
