961.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined no more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 961.03(b) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined no more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
