(a) All driveway approaches in the Village constructed or replaced after the effective date of this section shall be constructed as follows:
(1) Minimum six-inch concrete construction.
(2) Minimum fourteen feet in width at the curb.
(3) Minimum twelve feet in width at the walk and be level with the walk.
(4) Minimum two-inch curb drop.
(b) All driveway approaches of new construction or replacement shall be inspected and approved by the Street Superintendent and/or Village Administrator.
