351.091 PARKING LARGE VEHICLES ON STREETS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

   (a)   No person shall park or caused to be parked any large vehicle upon any street or other public property within the City at any time.

   (b)   Definitions.

      (1)   “Large vehicle” in this section means a “vehicle” as defined in Section 301.51 that exceeds a size specified in Section 339.03 or exceeding a gross weight of four tons.

      (2)   “Park” means “parking or parking” as defined in Section 301.21.

      (3)   “Street” means a street, highway, alley, state route, thoroughfare, through street or similar vehicular route in the City.

   (c)   This section shall not apply to places within the City specifically designated to park such vehicle(s) or those places specifically zoned for the same.

   (d)   Violation of this section shall subject the violator to the penalty prescribed by Section 351.99, its successors provisions, or similar sections that provide an appropriate penalty.
