(a) The violation of Section 351.01 is a minor misdemeanor, whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of this section of the Traffic Code shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) Schedule of Bail Bonds or Fines.
(1) The required amount of bail bonds or fines authorized to be received by the Violations Bureau shall be described in any official notice issued by the Police Department with reference to parking violations alleged to have occurred under this Traffic Code. The amounts hereinafter set forth constitute the initial amount, the amount due after ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the notice of violation.
(2) The amount due after thirty (30) days from the date of issuance shall be the same as a minor misdemeanor and subject to all court costs.
