§ 70.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Each person who parks a vehicle or owns a vehicle that is parked otherwise than as is provided in this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense.
