No person shall park any road tractor, semi-trailer, truck tractor, trailer, or any other second division vehicle, either on public or private property, within the village, except in districts zoned for business or general industrial, provided, however, school buses owned and operated under the authority of the local school district may be parked at the residence of the operator of said school bus, providing that, when parked, said school bus is entirely parked on private property with no portion of the bus occupying the street or alley adjoining the property.
