(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.

(C) A penalty of $20 shall be added to all bills not paid prior to the day they become delinquent. A $20 service charge shall be assessed for all checks returned for insufficient funds. Water bills paid by checks which are returned uncollected shall be deemed unpaid, and the consumer shall be notified as provided above.

(D) The water supply may be shut off for any premises for which the water bill becomes delinquent. After disconnection, such service shall not be renewed except upon the payment of the total water bill due and owing, plus a penalty of $50 for restoration of the water service. Water service will only be restored or disconnected between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. of each day excepting Sunday and holidays, unless the Superintendent directs otherwise.
