The Superintendent, or his or her designated representative, is hereby authorized to inspect each premises having a water meter installed within it on an annual basis. In addition, should the Superintendent, or his or her designated representative, have reason to believe that the premises has a faulty water meter, he or she may then inspect the premises for said faulty meter.
