Any person who shall aid, abet, assist, advise, or encourage any child, lunatic, idiot, or other person in the violation of any ordinance, or any part, chapter, or section of any ordinance of said village shall be prosecuted for such offense as principal and be subject to the same penalty as though he or she had committed the offense directly that he or she counseled the other to commit.
