§ 132.43  PLAYING UPON TRAINS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to play upon, of, or about any railroad track, depot, locomotive, or car within said village, or climb upon, or jump from any car or train of cars, or from one car to another, while the same may be in motion, and every person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a petty offense.
   (B)   It is hereby made the duty of the Village Marshal or any other police officer of the village to vigorously enforce the provisions of this section, and all railroad employees shall be, and are hereby empowered, to arrest all persons found violating the same in relation to the cars or train of cars of his or her respective companies or railroads operating in said village.
