§ 132.40  OBSTRUCTING STREET CROSSINGS.
   Whoever shall stop any vehicle on any of the crossings in the village so as to inconvenience persons crossing the same, or shall in any other manner obstruct any crossing in the village, except so far as may be necessary, in passing over and crossing the same, shall be guilty of a petty offense.
