§ 132.39  HANGING SIGNS.
   Whoever shall hang a sign that shall project from any store, or any other building, into or over any sidewalk or street, unless the same shall be elevated at least eight feet above the same, or shall any cellar door rise or project above the surface of the sidewalk, shall be guilty of a petty offense, and a like penalty for every day such violation shall continue after notice by the Village Marshal, or Superintendent of Streets, to remove the same.
